How much control do I have over my property?
Ultimately, you have complete control over your property. We have an owner intake form that allows you to fill out all preferences you have regarding how your property is managed- from the price to the name on the listing.
What services do you provide?
As a full service property management company, we organize everything. From cleaning to stocking to preventative maintenance, we can do it all!
Are there any upfront fees?
We do require a one-time upfront fee per property which covers professional photos, inventory, door locks, an initial competitive pricing analysis, and starts a balance in your account for extra supplies.
How often will I get paid?
We pay out every month, with detailed statements per property.
How much work do I have to do?
None at all-if that's what you'd like! Once you fill out your initial information and preference sheet, we can take it from there. If you want to be involved in every step of the process, that's totally fine, or if you want to sit back and relax, feel free! We always give notice on any major repairs or replacements needed in your home.
I’m interested in short term rental, but don’t know where to begin- can you help?
Absolutely! If you’re looking to buy a property for short term rental or looking for a manager- we can help, or would love to refer you to some experts in the area (we happen to know a few great realtors that specialize in nightly rental).
