Rental Information

Standard Check-In: 4:00pm or later

Entry to all properties will be by keypad, to which the code will be given before check-in. 

 

Standard Check-Out: 10:00am or earlier

Standard checkout procedures:

Turn off all lights,Tvs, and small appliances

Leave any sleeper sofas open

If you have additional time, start one load of sheets or towels

Wash dishes or start a load in the dishwasher

Gather and take out trash

Double check for personal items

Make sure all doors and windows are locked

 

Please submit any requests for early check-in or late check-out via email fewer than 24 hours from your arrival or departure.

 

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation until 30 days prior to check-in, or within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in. After that, cancel more than 1 week before check-in and get a 50% refund of the accommodation fee. After that, no refund will be issued.

 

Pet Policy: Please refer to each individual property to see their specific pet policy. Currently only Hook, Wine, and Sinker and Overlook Nook allow pets.

 

Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc. The manager will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. No refunds will be given due to blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of God or nature.

 

A more extensive Rental Agreement will be signed at the time of booking.
